An advocate for continuous improvements, innovation, and TOC (Theory of Constraints), he ensures that the final solution fulfils the customer requirements and, more importantly, is continually driving operational excellence and business growth. Kieron is known for his methodical approach to solutions whilst ensuring that they use the KISS (Keep it Super Simple) approach.
His strategic vision, hands-on approach, wealth of knowledge and customer focus have consistently driven operational excellence ensuring that all solutions are robust and effective.
Prior to OmnaTec, Kieron held a series of impactful roles such as Managing Director and Technical Manager at Gedore Torque, Gedore UK, Losomat UK, Dzus Fasteners and Southco. In this roles, he managed and implemented various products/processes utilising his skills in business continuity, operations, new product development, production management, streamlining processes and leadership.
He has worked with customers of various sizes, from SMEs to larger manufacturers such as VW, BMW, and JCB, and is always focused on increasing customers’ cash positions while ensuring that their OTIF (On Time In Full) exceeds their own customers’ expectations.
Kieron’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design & Manufacture from Bournemouth University.
