What to expect when you partner with us. The seven-step process we use to ensure satisfied customers.

1. Questionnaire

First, we help you get your ideas and concepts down on paper. Let’s start thinking about the project’s requirements, metrics, and constraints.

2. Functional Design Specification

Together we create a Functional Design Spec (FDS) which defines the agreed scope of work.

3. Concept

We then create a concept(s) of the possible solution(s).

This may include 3D CAD, conceptual layouts, and equipment specs.

4. Development

Critical design sections are then prototyped, tested and validated. The design is finalized.

High-risk items are procured and tested. The FDS is updated with the implemented solution, including hardware, software and interfaces.

5. Procurement / Installation

Any remaining equipment is procured and the project is delivered.

6. Testing

Any remaining equipment is procured and the project is delivered.

We complete all testing as agreed in the FDS.

We work together to identify any further testing required and validate the design.

7. Handover

Finally, ownership of the project is passed to you and the FDS is updated with any final items to reflect the “as-built” equipment.
